With over 12 years of experience shaping talent strategy and culture at the C-level across some of the world’s most respected financial and media institutions, I’ve helped transform how organizations grow, develop, and invest in their people. From succession planning and executive development to diversity, culture, and performance transformation, my work has always been rooted in purpose, inclusion, and impact; driving meaningful results at both the individual and enterprise levels.

I also manage and brand Airbnb properties, blending data, design, and digital storytelling to create high-converting hospitality experiences.
